1.What does your job consist of?

My job consists of helping you students better understand English and my culture, which is from usa (American culture) so I help a lot with your grammar, pronunciation (how you say a word) and help with worldshops, english chats….. working with students  at the  other school and helping do english conversation workshops with them helping you understand English language better, talking to you fluently in English.

2.Why did you want to do this job?

I wanted to do this job because I did not want to go straight to a normal job after I graduated from university I wanted to do something different for a little bit and i love to travel  so i really wanted to move abroad, I wanted to move out of the USA I wanted to travel and this was the easiest, teaching was the easiest and most exciting, interesting way that I found to do that, and so with this job I get to in built my communication skills with you, and you teach my about Spanish and “Mallorqui” culture and I also get to do other things that I love, like travel and live in Spain.

3.How do you feel in this school? Do you like it?

Yes, I do like this school very much. I like that you, as a students, you get to decide what you learn and when because I feel as if you are more excited to learn because you get to choose.

4.What is your purpose in doing the work you are doing?

The purpose in doing the work that I am doing is that

obviously is to help you understand english better and to teach you about my culture, but the purpose…that’s a hard question…I think the purpose is as much as you are learning from me I am also learning from you, you teach me again about your culture and Spanish, but also moving here was  moving away from home is very hard it's not easy moving from your family and your friends and all you know, leaving here is very different from USA. It is very hard, but hard things are important to do. Hard things help you grow and become stronger as a person and teaches you more about the world and about other people and so I would say, also my purpose is how much I’m growing as a person, as a leader, as a communications’ person, as a teacher, as an individual and the skills I am learning now will better assist me and help me impact the United States when I go back, because the person I am becoming now from moving here, is different than the person I used to be.

My purpose in the future…so after I finish teaching here I will go back to Oklahoma and I don't know if I will be there for ever or for a little bit of time, but I will go back to Oklahoma and I will find a job within advertisement and communication and I will either live in Tulsa or Oklahoma city with one of my friends and hopefully…it is hard because you don’t always know. I didn’t know I would be here and so who knows what I will be doing there, but my overall purpose on life is to follow the Lord's plan, but that is what I believe in Jesus, Christ, follow his plan for my life, so whatever muchmore looks like, it depends on him, what he wants for me and to share the love and the joy and the peace he is giving me with others, and to share the word of the Bible, no matter where I am working, that is what has always been the most important to me.
